HOW I APPROACH THE WORK

Understand the context.
Connect the people.
Make the next step clear.

I’m drawn to work that requires both a wide view and close attention: understanding how an organization fits together, listening to the people closest to the work, and building the structure that helps them move forward.

BEYOND THE ROLE

An eye for design.
An appetite for ideas.

Outside work, I enjoy spending time with my daughter, Elle-Simone. My interests include architecture, mid-century modern design, vintage furniture, jazz and classical music, technology, and creative projects. Music and art offer another way to explore expression, rhythm, and perspective. My curiosity also extends to technology, psychology, and leadership development: how people think, learn, and respond to new possibilities.
